Stress Management for Acne Treatment

All patients with acne should also be taught effective stress management relaxation techniques since stress has been proven to worsen acne. Simple stress management tips include:
1. Abdominal breathing which entails taking deep breaths until your abdomen rises and then exhaling completely until it falls.  Repeat this several times.
