Lavender Essential Oil Safety Information
1. Do not use it in pregnancy especially the first 3 months.
2. Do not use it if you are breastfeeding.
3. Do not use it on young children as it may cause breast development in boys (gynaecomastia) and girls (pre-pubescent breast development).
4. Avoid it if you have low blood pressure as you may feel drowsy after using it.
5. Do not confuse lavender essential oils with lavender fragrance oils as the latter are not the natural essence with the therapeutic benefits.

Roman Chamomile Essential Oil Safety Information
1. Avoid using it in pregnancy.
2. Avoid using it if you are allergic to ragweed.
3. Do not use it alone for more than 2-3 months as it may lead to sensitization.
4. Always buy your essential oils from a reputable vender to ensure you use high quality therapeutic grade essential oils in your blends.

Peppermint Essential Oil Safety Information
1. Do not use it in pregnancy.
2. Do not use it on children less than 5 years.
3. Do not use it if you have epilepsy.
